The last time I was in Wales was for the Atherton's Session back in June but this time, instead of heading to the north of the country I'm down south near Cardiff.
We are at the Vale Resort complex which, not only is a mega plush resort but is also the training centre for the Welsh rugby team and the Cardiff Blues.
The day started off with Jamie and Faye taking a really rugby specific warm up session in the WRU indoor facility. Faye is one of the elite performance directors at Red Bull but also deals with top international athletes from a wide range of disciplines. For more info on Faye check out her website

After everyone was warmed up it was outside to the 3G pitch where Jamie started putting the guys through their paces.
Also at the session was Adam Jones, tight-head prop for Ospreys, Wales and the British Lions
